Dr. Michael “Mich” Procaccini was born and raised in Glastonbury, CT. He received his B.S. in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2014 and went on to attend the New England College of Optometry (NECO) located in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Procaccini earned his Doctorate of Optometry in May 2018, and recently moved to Manchester, NH.
Dr. Procaccini trained at several practices including the VA Medical Center in Newington, Connecticut; East Boston Neighborhood Health Community Center in Boston, Massachusetts; MVC Eye Care in Manchester, New Hampshire; and the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta Regional Hospital in Bethel, Alaska. Dr. Procaccini enjoys seeing patients of all ages and needs, but his professional interests include primary eye care with an emphasis on children’s visual development and ocular pathology associated with systemic conditions. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Hampshire Optometric Association.
In his free time, Dr. Procaccini enjoys visiting family and friends, playing basketball, following his favorite teams (the Boston Celtics, Red Sox, and Green Bay Packers), and playing golf.
